Why do I work so hard, but have little to show for it?

You might try to justify it by saying, well its better than nothing, right? How many of you have said that?

What about, I hope I make it to Social Security, or have you ever wondered whether Social Security would even be there, and if you’ll ever have enough income to cover expenses?

Can you even cover expenses now?

What happens if I miss work, or my boss doesn’t have work for me? Can I afford it? Can I miss months at a time? What does that do to my health coverage and retirement?

Here is the bottom line: Working for someone else, as an employee, is just a form of slavery. It keeps you just comfortable enough to not revolt, keeping you walking the line of poverty, no matter how many toys you have. And if you have enough money, then you are broke with time, because as an employee, your time is tied to your money.

So why are you here?

Let’s define FREEDOM.

Without infringing on other’s free will, Freedom is doing:

What you want,

Where you want,

When you want, with

Whomever you want, as

Often as you want.

So let’s put this employment debt slavery system up against our definition. When you have a job, do you get to do whatever you want? No, they train you from a very young age in school, that you need to follow orders. They tell you when to wake up, what to do, when to eat, when to pee, when to clean up, and when you can leave. When you leave work, can you afford to do whatever you want? Can you afford to live Where you want? Can you afford to go Wherever you want? Do you have the time to go When you want? Do you have the freedom to go or do things as Often as you want?

I imagine that everyone watching this will have the same answer… No, not even close!

So what’s the problem… it comes down to cashflow. We need to disconnect our time from our money. No matter how you slice it physically, spiritually, or otherwise, if you don’t have the cashflow to pay for things, you can’t have freedom. And if you have the Cash, but no time, you might as well be broke. You can have the greatest spiritual connection to God and the Universe, but if you want to experience this physical life to its fullest, you’ll need cashflow to do it.

I know, Duh… Just stay with me.

So how do we disconnect our time from our money. Well, the traditional way the system teaches you to do it is to become a boss, and have employees of your own. We multiply ourselves by training others to do what we already know how to do, and take a percentage of THEIR money from Their time. Eventually, you can build a company that has many employees, all paying you a percentage of value that their time and energy produces, thereby multiplying the cashflow coming to you. And eventually, you can train enough managers and employees that can run the business with out you, and you can finally gain FREEDOM. But how many of us see business owners really being free? I’ve never seen it, they are all stressed out and the business owns them. They just built their own prison which they only escape when they sell the business, hopefully with enough money left to provide them financial freedom.

Let’s look at my industry, construction. To build a business you need to find reliable young people and train them into talented craftsmen that they can produce enough work fast enough to turn a profit constrained by the market price of available jobs. This usually takes two to four years. Now you hope that the ones that you trained will stay with your company long enough to make your investment of time and money worthwhile. So, by necessity, you need to put parameters, or barriers, in place to keep your employees. The owners have to keep their employees satisfied, but needy, so they keep coming back.

If you give them too much money, they won’t be needy. If you give them too little, they will look for other jobs. Walking the line.

If you teach them too much, they will know how to do all the business stuff without you, and they will leave your company and start their own business, now becoming your competitor.

Not much incentive in either scenario to help the employee achieve their dreams, is there.

I’m sure you all can come up with a hundred different situations like this to demonstrate this point.

Employee = Slave

They are interested in your development, only to a point.

They are interested in your dreams, only so much.

They are interested in your achievements, but only for their purposes.

In this debt-slave employment system, Freedom is not attainable by continuing to do what we are doing. The system in which we find ourselves operating, is designed to take the best years of our life and give it to the owners. It is a system designed to harvest the life energy of every participant to fuel the life of the elites. Once you see this, you cannot unsee it.

The system is intertwined into the very fabric of our reality. We were born into it, we are programed through school and propaganda to participate in it. We even pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to get more of it in “Higher education”. We feed our kids into it without thought. It is the unquestioned reality that they programmed us to accept as normal, and anyone that thinks outside the box of the system is labeled as weird, rebellious, and a conspiracy theorist.

Why, what are they so afraid of? They are afraid that if the little worker ants wake up and see their control systems, then they will lose control, and we will gain our FREEDOM.
